The special court has given a verdict that Meen Bahadur Gurung, the owner of Bhatbhateni supermarket, will be imprisoned for two years in the embezzlement of government land at Lalita Niwas. It has also decided to impose a penalty of Rs 80 lakh 48 thousand as per the above.
The special court gave its decision on Thursday after 23 days of continuous hearing in the case of embezzlement of government land of Lalita Niwas premises.
Similarly, the court has convicted 12 people in the Lalita residence land case. Also, it has been decided that the land registered in the name of 65 people will be confiscated through resignation or box letter.

They have been sentenced to 2 years imprisonment. The special court has decided to confiscate 965 million rupees in Damasahi from them.
On 22 January 2076, the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority had filed a case against 110 people and confiscation of land from 65 people.
